Liverpool's 4-play shocks Manchester United at Anfield

Liverpool’s quest for a quadruple was still on as they thrashed Manchester United 4-0 to go top of the Premier League table. Liverpool came into the match with confidence after coming out victorious against City in the FA Cup semi finals last Saturday.
The Reds were dominant in the first half. United had no answers to Liverpool’s questions. Luis Diaz stroke early in the fifth minute to courtesy of a great pass from Mo Salah. A quarter of an hour later they were two up and Guess who? Mo Salah. A delicious through pass chipped over the defense found Salah on his favourite left foot and made no mistake as he shook the net once more in this return leg as he did at Old Trafford.Half time. 2-0!
United began the second half well. Marcus Rashford was close to giving the Red Devils a life line but Alisson did very well in a one-on-one situation.That was the best chance United had.
With the final 20 minutes left, Liverpool saw off the game when Diaz found Mane who side footed into the bottom corner of the net. Klopp had sealed it at this stage of the game.
Mo Salah closed the curtains with a clever dink on David de Gea to make it 4-0. Liverpool had an aggregate score of 9-0 against Manchester United this season. It was Liverpool’s night once more as they match towards the title and put pressure on City.
