Butler's 35 points heats up Boston taking the series opener
After leading the Miami Heat to another victory in the NBA Playoffs, Jimmy Butler gave his teammates credit to a great win in Boston.
The 33-year-old player has a history of outperforming himself in the postseason, earning him the moniker "play-off Jimmy."
In game one of the Eastern Conference finals, the Heat defeated the Boston Celtics 123-116, and Butler once more starred.
"I'm playing at an incredible level because they are allowing me to do so and not putting a limit on my game," said Butler, who scored 35 points.
"They are trusting me with the ball and on the defensive end, and I think that's what any basketball player wants.
